Location: Amsterdam-Southeast, The Netherlands
Parking: Parking in front of the door is available at €1.60 per hour.
Age Restriction
Our services are only available for individuals aged 12 and up.
Pricing and Deposit
Pricing: Prices include braiding hair. Please specify your hair color number in the notes when booking your appointment. If the hair color is not specified in the comments, color 1B (natural black) will be used.
The hair color cannot be changed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Deposit: A 40% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
The remaining balance can be paid through TIKKIE (payment link) or in cash.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance through the confirmation email.
Rescheduling: You are allowed to change the date and time of the appointment once using the same deposit, provided the new appointment is within 4 weeks of the original date. After this, a new deposit is required. Refund of the deposit is not possible.
Late Arrival
10 minutes late: A €10 fee will be charged.
15 minutes late: The appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Guest Policy
Please come alone to your appointment; no additional guests or pets are allowed.
Hair Preparation
Ensure your hair is washed, blow-dried, and product-free for the best results.
Not blow-dried: If your hair is not blow-dried, a €15 fee will be added. If there is no time to blow-dry your hair, the appointment will be canceled.
Squeeze-Ins (Same-Day Appointments)
Squeeze-ins and same-day appointments are possible with an additional fee of €15, subject to availability. Appointments after 6:00 PM also fall under squeeze-ins. Please provide the desired service, date, and time when making a request.
Loyalty card
- The loyalty card is personal and cannot be transferred to others. Each client can only have one active loyalty card at a time.
- One stamp is awarded per completed appointment for a paid service. Stamps can only be awarded at the time of the appointment and cannot be added retroactively.
- Present your loyalty card at every appointment to collect a stamp or redeem the discount.
- If the card is lost or damaged, a new card will be issued. Previously earned stamps will be reinstated if proof is provided (e.g., appointment history).
- The discount for the 5th visit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- The loyalty card is valid for appointments starting from November 25, 2024.
